All core service operations and content processing procedures are completed on the user's local device without any data transmission and remote storage. In the whole service process, all information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data.
Zynflow focuses on providing professional portrait creative production services based on local AI computing. The application has three major special effect categories including dynamic filters, gradient borders and dynamic sticker overlays. Users can upload local portrait original images, select built-in free templates, and switch freely between static image generation and dynamic video generation modes. All image and video creation processes rely entirely on local AI operation, and all information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data.
The application supports independent adjustment of special effect intensity and video duration, and all generated content is stored in the user's local device space, which can be independently saved, edited and shared by users to mainstream social platforms. The application provides lightweight operation modes without professional editing foundation for all users.
Zynflow does not set account registration and login thresholds. All users can directly use all core creative functions of the application after installing and opening the software. There is no need to submit any personal identity information, biological information or other private data during the whole usage process. Users shall use Zynflow services in accordance with public order and good customs and relevant usage norms. Users agree not to use the application to create, edit or disseminate any inappropriate, illegal, offensive or infringing content. All creative content produced by users through local AI generation is independently controlled and responsible by users themselves.
In the process of using special effect templates and local AI generation functions, users shall not modify, crack, copy or secondary develop the application's built-in template resources and local algorithm programs. All functional resources of the application are for personal non-commercial use of users only.
All portrait materials uploaded by users and all creative content generated locally are the independent property and responsibility of users. Zynflow does not participate in the creation and editing of user content, nor does it store or obtain any user content information. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data.
Users shall bear full responsibility for all risks and consequences arising from uploaded materials and exported creative content, including but not limited to content copyright issues, portrait right issues and social sharing risks. The application shall not bear any related responsibility for user independent creation behaviors.
Users are prohibited from using Zynflow for commercial profit, illegal dissemination and other non-personal daily usage scenarios. Users are prohibited from tampering with the application program, invading the internal operation logic of local AI algorithms, or using auxiliary tools to brush consumption resources and destroy the normal service order of the application.
All special effect templates built in Zynflow are fully open to all users for free. Users can select and use all dynamic filter, gradient border and dynamic sticker overlay templates without additional payment. The free opening of template resources is a long-term service rule of the application.
The application adopts a coin consumption mechanism for each local AI generation operation. Every image or video generation behavior will consume a corresponding number of coins. Subscribed users can obtain periodic bonus coin benefits, and the bonus coins will be deducted preferentially when users use the generation function.
All subscription records and coin usage data are only stored locally on the user's device. The application does not record or collect any subscription user's private data and facial information. All intellectual property rights of Zynflow including application software program, local AI algorithm, special effect template design, interface design and functional framework are exclusively owned by the application. All creative content generated by users through Zynflow local AI functions belongs to the users themselves. The application does not obtain any ownership, usage right or dissemination right of user creative content. Since all content is processed and stored locally, all information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data.
Zynflow reserves the right to optimize, upgrade and adjust application functions, template resources and service rules according to product iteration and user experience improvement needs. The application may carry out routine maintenance, function update and bug repair operations, and partial functions may be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance period.
All service adjustments will not involve the collection and acquisition of user local data and facial information. The core local processing mechanism and privacy protection rules will always remain stable. All operation data, uploaded pictures and generated content of users in Zynflow are completely independent and controllable by users. All data only exist in the user's local device storage space. Users can clear local cache, delete creative content and reset application data at any time. After active deletion, all corresponding local information will be completely erased without any residual content.
The application does not have any function of actively collecting, backing up or uploading user local data, and never captures, identifies or stores user facial feature information in any usage link. All information is processed locally, all information is only stored on the user's local device, the information will be deleted when the user actively deletes the information, so the application does not collect any facial data.
Zynflow reserves the right to update and revise this User Agreement irregularly. The updated agreement clauses will be displayed in the latest version inside the application. Users' continuous use of the application after the agreement update is deemed as recognition and acceptance of the new clauses.
